Amjad Ghannam a Palestinian artist living in Jerusalem has created our first sample panel, a water colour sketch. It is Saladin entering Jerusalem in 1187. We are so pleased, it is a very fine start to the project. This panel will be stitched by the women of the UNRWA women’s centre in Amari camp, Ramallah.
